Internet Gambling Bill Put on Backburner

From the looks of it, it appears that the internet gambling prohibition bill is not a top priority of the senate this year, and has an extremely low chance of being presented before the summer recess.

Due to issues such as the war in Iraq and other political issues, the internet gambling prohibition act was not present as part of the itinerary set by William Frist (aka Bill Frist), the Senate majority leader.

If the internet gambling prohibition act does not reach the senate this year, it will be put off until next year, giving online gamblers a chance to win big before any major decisions are made.
