ParadisePoker.com is full of information but lacks in overall appeal. The site does a very good job at teaching their visitors of the rules of poker games with their online poker school.

The layout of the Paradise Poker application is below average for the industry. When you beat a player their hand "blows up" at the table. There is also a useless, but fun, feature where you can order food and cocktails at your table by right clicking your character.

Their customer service at Paradise Poker is lightning fast and top notch. As of right now they only offer email support, but usually get back to you within minutes.

During one of my first trips to Las Vegas, I had the opportunity to speak with a gentleman named Stephan who represented ParadisePoker.com. He was a very honest and forthcoming person, making a great representation for his company. Stephan had no problem suggesting other poker rooms if Paradise Poker was not the one that I was looking for because he was so confident in his brand.

Paradise Poker is notorious for having tough players. Some of the best players I've ever played against exist play at Paradise Poker. This could very well be because ParadisePoker.com has been around for longer than almost all of the other online poker rooms. However, since their acquisition by Sportingbet PLC, they have been getting a huge amount of fish through their sister site, Sportsbook.com, who have made it easier to win at Paradise Poker.

ParadisePoker.com offers their players a wide variety of games which include Texas Holdem, Seven Card Stud, Seven Card Stud Hi Lo, Omaha, Omaha Hi Lo, 5 Card Draw, 5 Card Stud, and Pineapple Poker.

Paradise Poker has a large selection of online poker tournaments. Their tournament buy ins range from $1 all the way up to $500. A large percentage of their tournaments are concentrated on Texas Holdem. They were also the first online poker room to offer a one million dollar online poker freeroll tournament.

ParadisePoker.com offers their players a less than normal amount of freerolls, but they do give a total of one million dollars in WSOP packages in the form of freerolls. In ParadisePoker's defense, they were also the first online poker room to have a million dollar freeroll event.

The stakes at Paradise Poker range from penny games to $40/$80 limit and $500 no limit. There are a few high stakes poker games at Paradise Poker, but they are sometimes hard to come by.

ParadisePoker.com has recently added a players club to their site. Players who participate in raked hands are given points. These points can be used as buy ins for freeroll tournaments. You may also earn points from playing blackjack.

When you acrue enough points, you may redeem them to win cash and free live tournament tickets including the Conquest of Paradise Island, the Paradise Masters, th WPT, and The World Series of Poker.
