FullTilt Poker features a round cartoonish poker table with cartoon avatars. You can make your avatar happy, angry, or confused with the click of a button. You may also choose the location of your seat on the screen. Other players just move along with you. You may also choose from other, more plain, formats.
You can also choose from different backgrounds including Vegas skyline, beach, jungle, ski lodge, outer space, plain, midnight, and when you get to the last table in a tournament, the final table. Features like this put FullTilt Poker way ahead of the competition.
The software isn’t annoying and has several unique features. The sounds are subtle and pleasing and you have the option of filtering through the ring games and tournaments to find the game you wish to play.
When playing, you can use their hand history re-player to see previous hands and cards. FullTiltPoker.com also has a statistics button where you can check your statistics for every type of game.
It’s interesting how the cards are folded at Full Tilt Poker. Rather than tossing them toward the dealer, they simply vanish in thin air and are accompanies with a swift folding sound.
The only thing I didn’t like about Full Tilt Poker.com was that the chat room was too subtle. You can never tell when somebody is talking to you and there is no option panel where you can change how you view chat.

Competition at Full Tilt Poker (3)
The competition at Full Tilt Poker.com is tough, but sometimes I begin to wonder where they get some of these players come from. I was playing a table once and bought in for $100 and built it up to $800 within 47 hands. It was an amazing night that really made me think that these poor people that I’m taking money from probably don’t know the first thing about poker.
From what I hear, however, this is an unusual tale for FullTilt Poker.com. The limit games are supposed to be very tough and the no limit games just a bit softer, but that has not been my personal experience.

At FullTiltPoker.com, players can choose from Texas Holdem, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, Seven Card Stud, Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo, and Razz. Most players can be found in the low stakes no limit Holdem games. They also have a unique tournament game called HORSE. HORSE stands for Holdem, Omaha, Razz, Seven Card Stud.
Update: Full Tilt Poker has also introduced custom filtering for both ring games and tournaments. You can sort by game, tournament type, table size, prize packages, stakes, and buy-in.

Full Tilt Poker has an average amount of tournaments. I did have the opportunity to actually place first in one of their multi-table tournaments. Along with the prize money, I was sent a box full of Full Tilt Promotion merchandise and a mouse pad signed by Howard Letterer. Their HORSE tournaments are fun to play in because you play all types of games in one tournament.

Full Tilt Poker has quite a few great freeroll tournaments with added cash prizes, including freerolls to the big cahuna, the World Series of Poker. Full Tilt hosts 5 tournaments in March where the top 20 players all go to the World Series Poker on Full Tilt’s bank account.

FullTilt Poker.com offers their players a wide variety of stakes. Their stakes begin at $0.25/$0.50 for limit games and $0.05/$0.10 for pot limit and no limit games. They also offer their players a $5000 max buy in high stakes poker game, one of the largest on the internet, but not as large as that of PokerRoom.com.
